Links to Mayor candidates websites and twitter accounts

Here are the 26 Mayor candidates and links to their websites, blogs, twitters accounts or other links which are authored or maintained by the candidate or their campaign team or biographies not written by the candidate*. (to be updated as they become known, last updated May 9th)

On the left is the link to the Contact information found on the City of Toronto official website, (if they provided permission email address and website is also contained) in the middle are the links to the Twitters accounts I have found thus far and on the right are their official websites or blogs or other.

Even those with a social media presence or website still don't get noticed or are getting ignored by the media and debates and my intention is give the public a place to find them.

There hasn't been updates to the list of Mayors yet, but there has been condolences found on twitter (with links to the above TorStar blog) regarding Tom Sullivan's passing and one congratulations to Kevin Clarke for re-joining the race (previously on the list of withdrawn candidates) http://twitter.com/kellygrant1/status/12471388068

May 8th I reviewed the city official list and found no additions only Tom Sullivan removed, so I did the same to the above list and moved the poll from Jamesdsharp to Torontovote blog

Hi James,

Thanks for posting this list! Rob Ford's campaign website is actually: http://www.robfordformayor.ca. You have listed his personal site.

James, you are awesome.
Thanks for referring people to my site. But also for trying to get info out on all the mayoral candidates. It's good for people to be informed. The city's website doesn't provide much help as very few candidates bother to add contact info. So it's up to people to search to see if candidates have a blog, website, twitter, YouTube, or Facebook, etc.
Keep up the good work. Kris

About Me

My photo
Tweeter and now Blogger, interested in Toronto Transit improvements, Bicycling and following the Mayor Race in Toronto so I can make an informed vote instead of just picking the last name I heard in the mainstream Media I've decided to locate all the mayor platforms be it on Twitter, Facebook, Blogs, or personal websites. I no longer satisfied with someones editorial slant based on a brief interview or second hand information. During the up coming months I will attempt with twitter follow and Re-Tweet their ideas/platforms and leave all their 4square updates, personal adventures, comments and bashing of other candidate out of my twitter stream
